NOTE: The 2011-2012 apportionments are based on the budget approved at the YBM-Gathering. These will not be affected by changes in membership at this point as each meeting or worship group's apportionment is based on its population statistics, as shown in the latest SEYM Directory, compiled after WIBM. Changes in membership… will be reflected in the following fiscal year meeting population statistics and apportionments.

The lag time between when meetings submit their population statistics and when the directory is completed and ready to be used to calculate the apportionments is recognized as a period when data can change. Hopefully the SEYM Ad hoc Committee on apportionments will become active again to restart work on this issue.
