This Registration Form is divided into four parts: Registration, Lodging, Meals, and Volunteer choices. Please complete all sections including the volunteer portion, as this information is vital to the success of the Gathering.

LEC and W.W.Willis Camp require on-site lodging & food to be reserved 5 weeks before the event. Cancellations/refunds may be requested 2.5 weeks prior the event to:ymg@seym.org.

SEYM will be billed for all reserved lodging & meals.

Part 2—LEC Lodging & Meal packages/ W.W.Willis Camp Lodge/RV/Tent/Day-use:

LEC (Life Enrichment Center) Lodging (motel type):

  • NEW! Room & Meal Packages for single- or double-occupancy (age 4-adult) as listed below.
  • Additional meals and dietary requests may be ordered in meal section.
  • Rooms include twin beds/private bath; a few rooms have double beds (contact Registrar with request—availability not guaranteed)
  • 3rd person in room on floor free; w/cot $10.00/night (reserve in advance)
  • Children under 3 years, no charge for lodging or meals.
  • Children 4-9 ordering children's meals receive a 50% scholarship from Trustees.
  • Children 4-17 (members/attenders in SEYM Meetings) registered as part of Lodging/Meal Package may request meal-scholarships from Registrar.
  • Children 10-17 (members/attenders in SEYM Meetings) who register LEC meals as listed below may request meal scholarships from Registrar.

Warren W. Willis Camp Group Lodges are across the road from the LEC (4-6 bunks/room; bring bedding). Families are kept together.

LEC RV & Tent sites are on site, near the food pavilion.

  • RV sites located west of lane in cleared area.
  • Tent sites located behind pavilion under trees—one tent per site (exception: children's small pop-ups—same family).

Part 3—MEALS: children and guests not included in Lodging & Meal Packages; dietary requests

  • LEC (Life Enrichment Center) cafeteria meals must be reserved 5 weeks in advance. Children ages 1-3 eat free.
  • How many people in your party request vegan meals?
  • How many people in your party request vegetarian meals?
  • How many people in your party request diabetic meals?
  • How many people in your party request gluten-free meals?
  • An alternative is to prepare your own meals. You may cook at your campsite. Or you may use the kitchen in the Pavilion or Lodge for $5.00/day.

Please indicate meal and number requested below. ONLY those with meal tickets may eat in the cafeteria. Cancellations or food-change requests must be made to Registrar 2.5 weeks before Yearly Meeting Gathering. SEYM is charged for all cafeteria meals reserved.
